If your building manager set up GateVia, you got an email with a link. Open the link on your phone, you'll see one button. Tap it. The gate opens. That's it.

If you only need to open the gate occasionally — visit, delivery, short stay — no. The link does the job. If you live there long-term, install the app or the PWA so all your gates are one tap away without digging through emails.
Open app.gatevia.app on your phone, sign in with the email your building manager invited, and use the browser's Add to Home Screen action. That's the PWA — looks like an app, works offline for the gate list, no App Store dance.

Your gates, all on one screen. Tap to open.
Ask your building manager. They can re-issue a link in a few seconds, and any old one keeps working unless they revoked it. If they did, the new one will work immediately.
Your name and email — that's all your building manager added when they invited you. We log every gate opening for the building's audit trail (with timestamp, IP and user-agent), and that's only visible to the building admin and you.
If your association still uses fobs and remotes and you'd rather just tap a button, point them at this page.
